  Across our writing lessons, we will be focusing on six main vehicle texts. These will be used to develop our vocabulary and to further investigate an author's knowledge and voice.

Physical Education Dates

Our P.E. days are on Monday and Friday each week. 

Homework and Reading

Homework will be set weekly and will have an English and Maths focus.  Homework books will be sent out on a Friday. We ask that these are returned on a Wednesday for marking.

We would also like you to practice reading daily.  The books sent home are carefully matched to your child's phonics phase and they will have read in this in class.  Books will be collected and changed each Wednesday.
